Establishment and Initial Market Penetration

JOYAN was established in 2005, initially focusing on the Middle Eastern market, including key regions such as Dubai, Oman, and Kuwait. This strategic move laid the foundation for JOYAN's growth in the international labor protection products market.

Expansion into Europe

By 2008, JOYAN expanded its market reach into Europe, successfully entering countries like Germany, the UK, Italy, and Poland. This expansion was driven by our commitment to high-quality products and a keen understanding of the diverse needs of different markets.

Establishment of the First Factory and Entry into the Americas

In 2009, JOYAN established its first factory in Xiamen, enabling us to expand into the American market, including the United States, Panama, and Chile. This significant milestone marked the beginning of JOYAN's robust manufacturing capabilities.

QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE■

Among our products, there are Classic Safety, Technical Safety, Hiker Safety, Sandal Safety, and others at sports style, casual style, slipper style, etc. which are made by injection or cementing. All our production style are certificated as CE EN ISO 20345:2011. Besides safety shoes, we have other products like PVC rain boots, rain coats, overall, masks, gloves, goggles, helmets, and so on. You are welcome to visit us and our factory !

PRODUCTION CAPACITY■

The company currently employs 400 shoemakers and operates six production lines, including cold cementing lines, rotary machines, and Desma injection machines, with an annual production capacity of over 3 million pairs of functional safety shoes. Our strong QC team performs 100% inspections before each delivery to ensure product quality. Our technical and professional R&D team develops samples daily and continually introduces new styles to meet market demands.

During mass production, JOYAN conducts strict inspections on every batch of goods to ensure that the products meet customer expectations and international standards. Our quality inspection team, with rich experience and professional knowledge, strictly controls every step from raw material procurement to finished product delivery, striving for perfection in every pair of safety shoes.

PRODUCTION PROCEDURE■

Delivering on quality and safety, our company follows a precise and detailed process to craft each pair of safety shoes. Starting with the selection of top-grade leather, we ensure materials meet our rigorous standards. Cutting is meticulous, with each piece inspected for defects. Our artisans stitch and match components with care, overseen by stringent quality checks.

Tools and molds are meticulously managed to maintain efficiency and quality. Vamp sewing is executed with precision, followed by molding to ensure the upper's stability. Sole and upper treatments prepare for bonding, with marking and gluing ensuring a precise fit.

The bonding process is enhanced through heating and shaping, with initial and secondary pressing for a perfect fit. Additional glue supplements reinforce stability. The last fitting process refines the shoe's shape, while cooling and shaping solidify the final form. Each pair is then carefully packaged, ready for delivery, completing our commitment to excellence in every shoe we produce.
