PRODUCTION PROCEDURE■

Delivering on quality and safety, our company follows a precise and detailed process to craft each pair of safety shoes. Starting with the selection of top-grade leather, we ensure materials meet our rigorous standards. Cutting is meticulous, with each piece inspected for defects. Our artisans stitch and match components with care, overseen by stringent quality checks.

Tools and molds are meticulously managed to maintain efficiency and quality. Vamp sewing is executed with precision, followed by molding to ensure the upper's stability. Sole and upper treatments prepare for bonding, with marking and gluing ensuring a precise fit.

The bonding process is enhanced through heating and shaping, with initial and secondary pressing for a perfect fit. Additional glue supplements reinforce stability. The last fitting process refines the shoe's shape, while cooling and shaping solidify the final form. Each pair is then carefully packaged, ready for delivery, completing our commitment to excellence in every shoe we produce.
